Golf Courses

Sustainable course design and management that harmonize with the environment.

Our two golf courses are conveniently located just south of Orlando, Florida—about a 25-minute drive to popular attractions such as Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios. Both courses are easily accessible via major highways and are in close proximity to Orlando International Airport. The two country clubs are less than a mile apart, giving players an excellent option for a 36-hole day across both facilities.

Each course presents a different set of physical and strategic challenges depending on the layout and flagstick locations, which vary throughout the season.

Kissimmee Bay Country Club

Kissimmee Bay Country Club, located south of Orlando, Florida, was designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton. It hosts a par-71, 18-hole course with five sets of tees (total yardage 6,830), lined with century-old oaks and classic palms framing vistas across Kissimmee Bay. In 2017, the greens were upgraded with meticulously maintained “Champion G12” ultradwarf Bermuda. In 2023, Golf Digest named Kissimmee Bay one of the “Best Courses in Orlando Under $100.” Amenities include a full kitchen, bar, banquet room, and antique display, supporting large golf events and private functions (weddings, galas, banquets, meetings, and holiday parties).
